Norma Stanley

Noted Disability community expert, Norma F. Stanley, is the founder and CEO of E.E.E. Marketing Group, Inc., where she serves as a speaker, author, trainer and marketing communications consultant, specializing in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility, as it relates to the Disability community. Wanting to ensure the many stories about the issues and accolades within the disability community are shared, Norma became the creator and producer/host of Disability World TV Show/podcast on the streaming Prayze Gospel Network, which can be seen on YouTube, Roku and where most podcasts are heard online. The mother of an adult daughter born with intellectual and physical disabilities for whom she is the primary caregiver, Norma's mission is to serve as an international change agent for people with disabilities (PwD), leveraging the multimedia platforms of informational and inspirational speaking, media, strategic marketing communications and music. She specializes in the economically powerful, but significantly underserved disability population, and combines her personal lived experiences and professional expertise, to educate, enlighten and empower individuals, families, companies and communities around the nation and the world. A seasoned, multi-faceted and dynamic professional with more than 30 years’ experience, Norma has worked in executive capacities or consulted with top companies like The Coca-Cola Company, Bank of America, Arby’s Inc., General Motors, Ketchum Public Relations, The Gillette Company, Hallmark, America’s Favorite Chicken, The Biloxi Veteran’s Healthcare System, Converse, to name just a few. An award-winning professional, Norma has been recognized by professional and community organizations for her work, these include awards from the Public Relations Society of America and two Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her years of disability community service work, from President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden. In addition, she served as an Associate Producer on the Emmy-nominated CBS-46 Atlanta documentary, “Circle of Boundaries” about the disability community. Norma serves as the Board Chair of the SHOWAbility, a leading nonprofit addressing accessibility and inclusion, particularly in the area of encouraging performing artists with disabilities and is a member of its Inclusive Chorus. She is also the author of three books, including one written for mothers of children with special needs, entitled “An Elected Lady—Finding Victory in the Challenge—Words of Faith, Reflections and Inspiration for Mothers of Special Needs Children and Other Moms.” In the second quarter 2025, she will be releasing a comprehensive online course for new parents of children with disabilities, to help guide them along the path, avoid the guilt and missteps many parents experience, and empower them to be strong advocates for their children from birth through adulthood. Additionally, she is in the process of compiling stories from co-authors who’ve successfully traveled this difficult path, to share nuggets of wisdom and hope for those new to the journey, in the anthology book, “Navigating Hope, Love and Opportunity (101 Success Stories on Disability Parenting and Caregiving).” On her more creative side, Norma is also a singer/songwriter and independent recording artist, known as Nella-Joi, who released her first CD project, “Next Chapter” in late 2019, and is a frequently requested performer for conferences and private events.
