  • Relationships
  • Emotional and physical well-being
  • Travel (solo, couples, and family)
  • Creativity

Our target demographic is mothers (ages 30-50 with young children) who want content that inspires, educates, and ultimately helps them lead happy, balanced, and fulfilled lives.

Why Write for Us?

As a guest writer, you’ll receive:

  • A prominent author bio and photo with a link back to your blog/website
  • A (contextual) link to your blog/website in the body of the post
  • Links to your social media channels in your bio

Writing for us offers a great opportunity to reach new audiences and build your portfolio. (Every piece is edited by a former Fortune 500 writer and editor. Clinical pieces are vetted by a therapist.) Please note: We do not pay for submissions at this time.

What We’re Looking For

Please do not send us unsolicited pieces. We prefer that you read the guidelines below, propose a few article ideas, and send us two writing samples.
